The Essence of Masculinity
Why don’t we face the things that are uncomfortable for us? Because we don’t want to feel it.
When we’re in deep awareness, connected to the source of awareness, we’re not in our story, not in our pattern. Leadership comes from that place—a place not influenced by pain or trauma.
If we break it down: personality is not the truth. Personality is just a collection of patterns—it’s not who you really are. The essence of masculine practice is to connect with the part of you that cannot be touched.
From there, the body, heart, and mind can become fully conscious. And when that happens, everything changes.
The practice is simple, but fierce:
Face what you avoid. Make a list and meet it daily.
Tell the truth. Where are you hiding? Who are you not being honest with?
Confront your habits. What patterns are you pretending aren’t there?
Commit fully. What are you willing to put on the line? What consequence will ensure you follow through?
Stop delaying. What are you putting off that you know must be done?
This is the discipline. This is the path. This is masculinity.
