About Chris
I grew up in a family remodeling business, where I learned the value of craftsmanship, follow-through, and seeing projects through from the first sketch to the final nail. That early exposure to construction and design shaped how I see the built environment — not just as structures, but as the meeting point between vision, discipline, and community.
After earning my degree in Construction Management, I spent two and a half years in the Peace Corps in the Peruvian Andes, where I helped design and build gravity-fed water systems and improved cookstoves in remote mountain villages. That experience deepened my respect for resourcefulness, collaboration, and the profound impact that well-executed infrastructure can have on people’s lives.
Outside of work, I’m drawn to endurance and exploration. I’ve completed several 100-mile ultramarathons and spend much of my free time paragliding or ski mountaineering — pursuits that demand presence, patience, and commitment under pressure. These same qualities inform how I approach development projects: steady, strategic, and grounded in both big-picture vision and the smallest details.
Today, I combine my background in construction, land use, and real estate to help clients bring their projects full circle — from raw land and feasibility through entitlement, construction, and eventual sale. For me, it’s not just about building or selling property; it’s about crafting places and processes that stand the test of time.
