Professional Experience in Real Estate Development

Chris Sweeney brings over a decade of experience in real estate development, construction management, and brokerage, with a portfolio spanning multifamily, industrial, office, healthcare, and residential projects. His career has uniquely blended work with some of Washington’s largest general contractors, ownership-side development firms, and a family-owned remodeling business—giving him a full-spectrum understanding of the real estate lifecycle from entitlement and construction to buying, selling, and repositioning assets.

After studying Commercial Real Estate and Development at the University of Washington, Chris transitioned from large-scale construction into ownership-side development. More recently, he has expanded into brokerage and investment sales, helping clients navigate complex commercial and residential transactions. This dual perspective allows him to see opportunities from both the investment and execution sides of the business.
